Mattress Deals? Sears, Sleep Country...suggestions?

I'm hoping/figuring that there is someone on SC that's done some good price comparisons on mattress retailers and can share their experiences. I've never actually purchased a set myself but now we're on the market for a Queen set to coincide with our move in December.

Sears currently has some serious sales on mattresses (like 50% off etc) but I wasn't sure what their prices/selection is like in comparison to places like Sleep Country etc. I have a newborn permanently attached to me and am trying to pack a chaotic/flooded condo in a span of 2 weeks (we move on December 1 and just decided to move due to flooding issues in our condo!) so I don't really have the time to go out and do a lot of leg work on this. Buying packing tape yesterday with a screaming baby was enough of an adventure

Suggestions/tips anyone?

I see you're in Toronto. I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Bay mismatched set clearance in woodbine centre. Brand new Serta, also applied for their mastercard on the spot and got an additional % off, and paid $280 for the set. Maybe you can call a couple of Bay furniture clearance centres and ask if they have anything available if you can't run around with the baby. I would call a bunch of stores.

try Costco, we got a great set there. sometimes they go on sale there as well.
