I had assumed that by joining the Guess the Gift game in Nove. and indicating a preference for offers, I'd get them straightaway. Well sometime in early December, I started getting emails about the bonus Optimum point offers-but I hadn't clicked the link to see the spend level criteria. It was only when I visited SC that I noticed the discussion on spend level attached to those coupons. I have received a few promo newsletters but for most part, I can't use these offers (not spending $50 anytime soon at SDM...).

I did see someone's post about a cashier telling them about the BP offer without indicating that it was an email offer that one had to be subscribed to first. There's no real benefit to tell someone at the till that info if s/he is not already an Optimum member and getting newsletters.
Here's a clue to SDM-post the offer on your entry door so EVERYONE walking in sees the ad.

The first email about these coupons said they were sending it as part of a test group
The ones that don't look like the one above (like when you spend $50 and the December ones of WUS $75 & $100) are just notifications and are advertised in stores - they did have an invite 20x recently, but my store has the coupon behind the counter and will scan it if you spend enough

I received the BOGO Quality Street plus 3 other coupons. However, it states that it's only good on the regular price . . . that may be a challenge since Quality Street chocolates are all at clearance prices in my area SDMs.

Has anyone ever used a similar one of these coupons on a sale-priced product?

I used a coupon for Lindt Excellence chocolates which also stated that it was good only on regular prices but I got B1G1 with the sale price. Worked out to $1.25 per bar!!

Update: I used the BOGO Quality Street Chocolates coupon today and got two tins for a total of $9.49. When the coupon was scanned, it showed that each tin came to $4.74. Nice!

Not sure, the PLU codes reduced my spend last time but the time before they gave me points on them

@jessa rose 27-I buy the 24 caplet 200mg LB ibuprofen for headaches. It was about $4.69? or so last week at my SDM. The store brand works for me; however I only buy one container at a time.

4000BP might be worthwhile!
