when I did email support/web support we had templates generated in outlook for us and we would get a question and use the templates. Maybe the person used the wrong templates to answer the question.

Actually, the rep on FB is very good at harassing HO to actually answer your message instead of ignoring you, for that alone they should keep it up. Even when you call 1-800-SHOPPERs you never know what they will tell you, the two of us could call with the same question and get completely different answers.

SDM really needs to work on their whole customer service criteria (at a store and HO level)

Its not, it can't even be done at managers discretion, the system doesn't recognise it as a redemption item and will say you should still spend $x

Is it possible that in the terms the 'giftcards' mentioned refer to other retailer gift cards...but the SDM GC are considered ok? I dunno...has anyone actually asked at their store? I prob. won't do it, but sometime 'wording' can be so ambiguous
