I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but with the mild weather here, I'm back on my inhaler!!
Usually it's colder, and the fresh air is perfect for breathing, but this year I'm choking again!
Is anyone else experiencing this?

It's terrible for me in the humid weather, and once the temp drops & the cold breeze kicks in. I try to avoid using my steroid based inhaler and typically just stick to my Ventolin, which I'm actually supposed to use 4 times a day (but I hate it and never follow orders lol)
