I made my first trip to LD to do some Price Matching & Stacking - I was more nervouse about the stacking and ended up being given a bit of grief by the Mgr there when he told me he could only price match 1 of the 2 Old Spice deodorants I was getting. I was seriously confused . He told me that he could only do the one because I was going to be using coupons. Of course I may be NEW to this but I was not that 'green' - I had prepared myself by familiarizing myself with the coupon stacking policy and it states that Price Matching and Stacking at completely separate and can be performed in the same transaction. To make a long story short - I kept my cool and pressed on....in the end he matched the price of both items and accepted my coupons and all was well in the world. I did come home though and send LD an email to have them now clarify their PM Policy - just so I know

So here is my first breakdown:

2x Kleenex Tissue - $1.00 - 2 for $2 in store special - Less $1 for tear pad coupon in store
    2x Old Spice Deoderant - FREE - PM to SDM $3.99ea - Stacked -$1, -$3, -$2, -$2
    1x Glillette Deoderant - $1.99 Stacked -$1, -$1 & BOGO Coupon for a FREE Gillete Body Wash
1x Gillette Body Wash - FREE with BOGO above

Total Paid = $3.99 (tax in)
    Total Coupon Savings = $16.97

It may be small but it`s my first and I am definitely proud of myself!! My hubby was pretty excited too. Can`t wait for the next one - that was exciting!

Awesome first brag!! LD stacking is very fun. And when you first start it can be nerve racking. In no time you will be a pro.

Oh watch out!! It gets very addicting... I at time actually just go in to "get a fix". I never do price match (at LD) as I do great with coupons alone... and don't think I could handle the added pressure of PM at the same time!
