Couponer attacked!

The whole debacle is appalling! It seems there was likely a group of couponers who were out to make a point in a very obnoxious away, a manager who probably should not be working in retail, and a bunch of comments from people who surely cannot live in the 21st century! Punching a customer could never fall into the 'acceptable behaviour' category but I would sure like to know all sides of this story, including previous incidents that contributed to the explosive situation. There has to be more to this story...
