New to the coupon thing!

After I watched an episode of 'Extreme Couponing' I decided I really needed to take better stock of how much I am actually wasting by not bothering with coupons and discounts; my mind was thoroughly blown and Hubby and I started surfing around for sites with tips and tricks to get the most bang for your buck.

After finding this one, we haven't looked back!

I must admit, I'm pretty nervous to march into Walmart or any store with all these printed coupons; has anyone ever had trouble getting them accepted?

Welcome! Printed coupons are a bit fussy a lot of places because of fraud, moreso now because of J'aime "Jailme" Kerlew and her very public fraud on national TV.

Some tips for overcoming the nervousness:
-Get policies and verify them with your stores, make sure everybody is on the same page. Carry a copy of the policy with you.

-Talk to somebody. When in doubt, ask. Customer service is for just that, service to customers. Go ask whatever you need to ask.

-Walk in there like you own the place, aka "work it" Don't be shy with your binder or folder of coupons. You're walking around with a binder full of money. I bet others wish they could say the same!

-Verify a printable coupon's source before using if you're unsure. If you find one that you'd like to use, make sure you know where it came from. Maybe leave one as a whole page so the URL is at the top, in case it needs to be verified by the store because they haven't seen it yet.
