LOL...it was an error on both our parts then I guess...I had no idea you couldn't redeem for gift cards..it's only the 2nd time I've ever done a redemption, did one last Christmas..didn't buy gift cards then.Quote:

However..according to the receipt..they scanned everything including gift cards through (Mastercard gift cards).. totaled it up and took off my redemption points, end of story.

Yep, it's not something I knew initially when I first started collecting points either, but since I'm not a GC user other than getting SDM GCs before a shop on 20x events, I've never tried redeeming for them anyway.
Honest mistake on both parts obviously, and I'm sure the cashier will be made aware of it at the end of the day so he/she will know next time.
Great shopping. I think people were asking about the giftcards because we would all love to redeem for them. I love all the stuff you got. Great presents.
