Pizza Delight - kids eat free on Tuesdays. (you may want to double check that... and I don't know if there is a Pizza Delight in Barrie!)
East Side Marios - kids eat for $2. (Monday to Thursday's only)

Perkin's family restaurant also has a Kids Eat Free dealie-bob, but not sure when or if you have one in Barrie.
