    my son recently broke his nintendo ds xl.... he would like another before christmas, he uses on school bus every day half hour bus ride..seeing as i am a single parent i told him he might have to wait until boxing day...i am hoping they might have it that day for less.....any ideas anyone??? there are no coupons for nintendo items are there???

    you have to be careful and read the fine print of the 30 day refund policy as some have that if it goes on sale for boxing day you will not get a price adjustment

    I would think January would be when you get the best prices. Since the rush for customers to buy is before Christmas for gift-giving, and Boxing week (spending gift money), the stores want to get rid of the stock they have left in January.
