I really love the concept of this app, but if they are going to keep promoting it (presumably to increase usership) I hope they make the offers available to more people and not run out so quickly.

It sounds like we'll have to act on Thursday as soon as the new list comes out or chances are we might miss out on some of the rebates. Bought the Huggies on early Saturday morning and found the rebate was already gone when trying to submit receipt.

I downloaded to my daughter's ipod touch (I only have ipod nano) and it seems to be working fine.

Thanks this was my question. I'm getting an ipod touch for christmas, maybe I can open my gift earlier and start using it. I'm glad it works with ipod touch.

My receipt was rejected and I don't know why!! Lame. Are we suppose to circle the items on the receipt before we take the picture?

No, you don't have to circle the items on the receipt. (I like to put stars beside the items on my receipt just so I remember what I bought for cashback but that doesn't make a different either). I found an answer for you that was in a previous post:

Q: Why couldn't you process my receipt?

The most common reasons we can't process a receipt include:

1) The receipt text is too hard to read, often because the photo is blurry or taken from too far away. You don't need to fit the whole receipt into one photo. Use the "Add section" button to take a few close-up photos that are clear and easy to read.

2) Only part of the receipt is shown and we need the entire thing, top to bottom, including the store, date, and total.


I have been a member since the testing phase and once you figure out how to take the pics correctly it's easy

Thanks Bobbie! I got an email that said I could email the receipt to them with the missing items marked for re-review so I did that. Hopefully it works, especially since I didn't really want to buy 3 things of cream cheese but figured it would keep for sometime and I could finally make DH a cheesecake for christmas dinner for cheap since he always wants to buy one and they are so expensive.

Can you only get a rebate/credit for 1 of each deal? For example if Ketchup has a rebate and I buy 3 of them will I get the credit only on 1 or on all of them?

The app doesn't seem to be working today. It's rather finicky it seems. Only the first 2 offers are loading up and the rest of the page is blank.
