Hello Everyone,
My name is Stephanie, I live in Longueuil, Quebec. I have just started to use coupons and little by little am getting to know the run of things. However, I always find myself asking how many coupons I can use at once at the cash.
While at IGA, I noticed Artic Garden Steamers were on sale for $1.49. I had 3 `Save $1 when you buy 2` coupons.... I picked up four packs. Now I am not sure how this works. Do you save $1 on each pack as long as you buy 2 or is it $1 total saving you $0.50 on each pack.

Hi Stephanie! Welcome to SC!!
If you had Save $1 WUB 2 coupons - you would save $2 off 4 packs
4 x 1.49 = 5.96 so with that coupon you would pay $3.96
It means you save $1 off the whole purchase of 2 items - not $1/item

Thank You all for the welcome. And Thank You Tuktu60, that makes sense. I don`t think that the cashier knew anymore than I did when it came to that. I passed over 3 coupons and she deducted $3. Now I feel bad about that, but at least I will know for the next time.
