I can understand 1-2 cents maximum but 5 cents seems a bit much....

The best deal is to get them at Real Canadian Superstore or the like when they have their No-tax days. Usually they have the packs at their customer service.

Costco has rolls of 100 stamps at about 10% off just like Rexall & SDM usually has. Like it since they come in a larger amount on a roll too.

If you buy non-definitive stamps before the rate hike, you can use them in 2013 without adding the extra postage.
