If that is the real Shoppers head office: thanks for a great points program, great sales and mega-convenient locations. Shoppers gets my money before many of the grocery stores (and definitely Walmart or Superstore) any day. Hope you can post here more often and thanks for clarifying this. Ciel, the last time the redemption levels were changed, they still used the old cash register tapes with the former levels on them...

Except they have now confirmed it is not changing at this time, and last time they gave us warning and a redemption to use up the points if we preferred to redeem at old levels
