I first want to THANK each and every Smart Canucks member for all the tips and tricks and wisdom throughout the year for saving me and my family so much money on a daily basis.
Hopefully 2013 will be even better!!!
This year I decided to Pay It Forward to a few people because I have been on the receiving end many times
First at my son's school they had a Christmas Tree up in the front hallway with a bunch of boys and girls names that were in need of a Christmas gift.
My son ended up choosing 4 boys and 2 little girls.
Boy #1 received - Beyblade Stadium and (5) Beyblades
Boy #2 received - Transformers Autobot and (4) Transformers Robo Fighters
Boy #3 received - Winnipeg Jets Toque, 3pk of Winnipeg Jets Socks and Winnipeg Jets T-Shirt
Boy #4 received - Beyblade Stadium and (5) Beyblades
Girl #1 received - Play-Doh Sweets Cafe and 11pk of Play-Doh
Girl #2 received - (8) Littlest Pet Shop Toys
Total out of pocket was under $70 and most of it was taxes

Next, my son's #1 wish for Christmas was the Star Wars Lightsaber in PURPLE which I refuse to pay $30-$40 for a piece of plastic, but last week London Drugs had them on for $10 so of course I sent off a email to one of the managers and all they had left was 1 in green which I did buy. I asked him if by any chance they got in a purple one before the sale was over to PLEASE hold it for me. Well the week came and went and I was kinda upset but then the next week he emailed me that (1) purple one came in and it would be on hold in his office until closing that day and that it would still be $10
So I decided to give him the $50 Cineplex Gift Card that I won in a auction from Jenp for making my son the happiest little boy on Christmas morning
Hi Heather!
I just received the envelope now. Thank you very much for the card and the gift card. You really shouldn’t have but I do really appreciate it!
I hope you had an awesome Christmas and have a safe and happy New Years! I’m sure I will see you sooner then later!
Thank you again!
Josh
I also had the privilege of SPOILING chesterjes and her daughter on Jezebel's Advent train!
Hope you guys had a Merry Christmas and Have a Good New Year!!This thread is currently associated with: Cineplex & Scene Rewards, London Drugs

that's soooo awesome peachy! I know this is Peachy's thread, but just to add to her generosity I can't count the number of times she has come to my house (many times at like 10pm or later) to drop off a certain coupon or two that I am needing, and never asking for anything in return.
I hope Santa spoiled you too Peachy!LF: kashi from websaver and 50 cents any cereal printout
FT: Mann's veg and more! Check out my tradelist/wishlist
