BEST POEM EVER LOOCIE!!
( Yeah Caps because I screamed that! lol)
Stress ate one naughty yummy meal today, but then napped so it doesn't count. lol!!!!
Today is Peanut Butter Cookie Day & I think one worthy of celebration,
They are a easy cookie to bake & they can relieve aggitation,
Some people like them crunchy & some people like them chewy,
It's been said that they are high in fat, but today that's just plain hooey,
Some people like to dip them into an ice cold glass on milk,
& report that is a pleasure that makes your taste buds feel like silk,
Maybe you use Granny's recipe when you're whipping up a batch,
Just remember they taste so much better when they are made from scratch,
Take a break if you have a lot to do today or have to deal with decision making,
Enjoy Peanut Butter Cookie Day; can't you just smell them baking?

mmmmm, peanut butter cookies. I have a great recipe that requires nothing more than an egg, peanut butter and some sugar, but the cookies are amazing. I want to try them with the new peanut butter/honey concoction made by kraft
job interview tomorrow
Oh so not looking forward to weigh in :P
Well I am the same which is great. I had not weighed myself in 2 weeks so this was a welcome surprise.
It was a fairly easy interview. I think it went well.
Hmmm?

Keep the positive thoughts coming curt.
I am weighing in next week. Two wedding weekends in a row can't be good for my two pound drop.
I did not weigh in Friday because I just know it is not good, my clothes told me. However, I will somehow find a way to re-motivate myself again, I know I am great when I stick to it. In the meanwhile I am still coming in here for inspiration and to have some laughs too. Curt!!! I hope you get the job buddy!!
Garden progress, one raised bed ready to plant in , this one will also have a trellis along the back. I will build that today with 2 x 4's and chicken wire for the beans and cucumbers. This one is 6 x 8 feet and will be for tomatoes also. It will get full sun all day so hopefully I may have a bit of a crop even though it's very late. I'll post a pic. once we get everything planted .
Congrats on the job interview Curt, my fingers are crossed for you.
Patty, I saw the picture of the finished planter in another thread. It looks amazing, I'm just wondering how you managed to do it in between the rain.....or are you in the tiny microclimate that the rain is missing, if so, can I come visit :lolsign: Gosh, I miss the gardening. Nothing tastes better than a salad made with veggies you have picked earlier from your own garden. It's also great the way Kiera loves to help you out. She's such an amazing daughter. Congrats to you for showing her how to live life to the fullest!
