Such negativity, Ladies!! However, I know what stress can do....it's certainly UN-motivating, that's for sure. But you may be in for a nice surprise tomorrow morning!

Curt: GOOD LUCK on your interview! A good smile goes a long way...I sure understand how uptight (does ANYONE besides me use that word anymore??!) you're going to be, that's natural. The hard part is not letting that get to you and not showing it as best you can. Even getting an interview these days must be tough enough...you've already done the really hard part!!

Practice slow breathing, and imagine you're in the interview...that goes a long way with preparation.

Patty, with everything you have going on in your life right now, I'm amazed that you have even tried to stick to a diet of any kind or resemblance. You all need to remember that your weight is just a number on the scale.....I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself, but it's true!!! If you feel better, and your clothes fit even a tiny bit better, than your on the right track. Don't put so much faith in that tiny number.....each and every one of you is doing fabulous in my books.
