I've been doing the Julep box and really like it. The quality is great and it's totally customizable. They do charge in US dollars so that brings the cost up. Lately I've been skipping as I just have too much make-up and nail polish.

I haven't been that impressed with the julep polishes I have tried. I would love a nail polish box with indie/high end polishes even if minis

Silly question but are there any swap groups for ipsy? I've been getting items in my ipsy bags that I'm NEVER going to use (nail polish, coloured eyeliners, etc) and was wondering if people do swaps for things they will use? Anyone know?

I've completely stopped all sub boxes, except for the odd Julep (to stock up on freedom top coat only.)

There's a new Canadian one I've heard great things about. I don't have a link offhand, but it's called Canuck Box. All Canadian indie nail polish and products (cuticle creams, oils, mani fizzies, vinyls etc.) they've done two so far and a third coming up in the new year. Pre-order for a specific number I believe.

With the dollar these days I'm trying to stick to home-grown brands.

A friend got that and loves some of the polishes, you have to be careful with some of the newer indie brands though, there have been some nightmare stories lately of them using incorrect bases etc

I have subscribed to birchbox (makeup and skin care) I did not like it because everything was tiny and sample sized... So i felt like the value just was not there.

I LOVE Naturebox. It is a healthy snack subscription box that delivers 3, 5, or 10 full size bags (4-5 servings per bag) once a month. I always like the food and it is perfect for school lunches at university
I have a 50% of code if you want to try yourself --->

Yesterday, I discovered a seasonal gift box called, "Well Woman Gifts". Canadian, too! Their focus is on women's self-care and artisan products. I had never heard of this subscription box before, but in looking at their past collections, spotted several products I am familiar with - unique, high quality items. I think this subscription would make such a wonderful gift for a loved-one (or splurge for oneself!)

"Well Woman Gifts" is on Facebook and Instagram - the links are found in the upper right-hand corner of their website home page.
