You know how sometimes there are coupons right on the products, either with a string or stuck on it. Do you think it is wrong to take those? I cant bring myself to grab them at all, but there are alot I wish I had some of those coupons. What you think?

I would be lying if I said I hadn't taken one or two of those coupons before... I don't think it is right to take them all by any means - But I don't see the harm in taking one extra

depends what it's for... how many are actually on the shelf... and if it's a product that I use/buy ALL the time.

I generally go by the rule.. if you dont feel any guilt doing it, then do it.. if you feel guilty, then probably dont hehe

i take a realsitic amount (usually 3) agreed i really only coupon with items i use/ purchase regularly/ really want to try- so if I grab 3 i take advantage of the next slae and save 1 in case something really great crops up

I dont want a stock pile that can feed a neighborhood for a week i want some extras in my cupboard of extras i use regularly

(right now i have 4 bottles of detergent 2 packs of diapers, 5 bottles of pop, 3 bodywashes 6 deoderants 3 tubes of toothpaste, 5 baby shampoos, 2 childrens sunscreen, and a bunch of travle size samples- its not much to some but for me just starting i feel like it will cost me a bit to get started but once i have a small stash will be great)

(the thing i love about this new to me couponing is i used to buy what i needed when i needed it- lucky if it was on sale- now ive begun to buy it when its chaepeast not when i neccesarily need it- and darn everythings cheap!
Thank u all for your good working finding and sharing couponas anf reebies- Have a $3 similac cheque to trade for FPC- I have a 1 year old- but am willing to negotiate!

Also have many other coupons id love to trade for another good coupon

I think those coupons are for the people who are actually buying the product. I think of it as a "reward" that the manufacturer is giving the customer for buying the item. It's tempting to take them, but I don't do it.

I don't take the coupons that are on the item, unless I actually buy it.
If the coupon is for the same item I am buying, then I'll use it on the purchase that day.

I never take the coupon off an item if I am not buying it. I don't think it's right.
Those are for the customers who purchase the item...that's why they are attached.
Otherwise the coupons would just be on a pad in front of the item.. so anyone, even those not buying it can take a few.

What I have noticed in the past...

If I don't take it, someone else will!!! ..and then I feel stupid for not just taking it.

So from now on, if I want it, I will take it. Although, I will never take them all, and usually just grab one at a time.

I never do, just seems so wrong and the person buying it gets ripped off.

The one that got me thinking about it was crisco, we have coupons for crisco from one of the inserts, as well as ones from the "hey mom" booklet or what ever it was called, but we seen crisco with a 3rd barcode coupon on them, prime for stacking, so we actually bought 6 bottles, took the coupons off them and used insert coupons since we have a few of those. Since sobeys probably wouldnt let us stack then anyways lol

If it's attached to the product, it belongs to the product.

agreed, if it fell off the product and is already on the floor/shelf I would but I would not remove it from the product

Look at it the other way, if you went out to buy the product knowing the coupon was on it, and someone had just taken the tag/peelie off, I wouldn't like it so I don't do it
