I just purchased a Dealfind voucher which appeared to be a dream come true. a $685 +$290 vacation to Cuba for $0. I immediately purchased 2 (for my wife and I). the fine print showed a departure time withing 2 to 4 weeks, I assumed they were simply filling the plane/resort with quick bookings... Anyways, I called into the travel agency to redeem the voucher, and was put on hold, and subsequently "dropped". I called back, and was told this deal was in error, the trip is full cost (which they say is a reduced rate, sorry $975 to Cuba isnt a reduced rate).
What repercussions do I have? I have the voucher showing the price paid $0, the voucher value $1535 (each).

I am not sure if there is anything that can be done. I have never used Dealfind but I know on WagJag their vouchures say for confirmation purpose only and do not have a cash value. I know there are agencys that would handle matters like this but do not know if it applys since you paid $0, in most cases these agencies just get you your money back. I am not sure if there is any course of action since you did pay anything.

I tend to agree... I think they would've given my money back if I had paid something. But I do think its a bunch of crap... a company puts out an unbelieveable price... you purchase the item...you call it in to redeem it...and basically get the "bait and switch"...they offered me the trip for the "reduced" price of $975. All under the guise of an "error".
