can somebody please help me out with a link to astro zeros facebook page where you can ask? I tried searching "astro zero" "astro zero canada" but nothing came up . Want to figure out my order status to, it's been a few weeks since cheque was cashed as well.

I entered my last 6 pins for my daughter and the only ones available were the gowalks for women. There were no men's options at all. I got her the grey go walks and they had lots of sizes left.

I noticed them at the mall earlier today and had her try them on. They were so cute and so light! They aren't running shoes but they look like great everyday shoes now that the weather is starting to warm up!

I did not get my goruns yet, but I did get a response to my email --I asked for a status update and included all the info on the form I submitted--They are telling me it has been processed and I should have them in two weeks--would be a really cool easter gift!

I asked them about both my orders that I mailed on Feb 27th. I was told for my Gowalks they would be arriving the second week of April and the go Run's the 3rd week of april for shipping from their facility.

I have a very hard time believing they can tell you guys when your orders will be arriving.

My 2nd pair has arrive and it was also wrong.
I ordered mens go runs and womens go runs.

So far I have 2 pairs of grey gowalks.

They can't even tell me when I will be contacted and IF they will be able to fix my orders or not.

They promised to get in touch with me by the end of yesterday about when they would be releasing my last 6 pins and they didn't This offer is going to be over before I get a chance to use them.

I ordered a pair of black and pink GoWalks in size 8 and they sent me a pair of grey size 9. Not sure if I should bother trying to get them to fix the order.

They still haven't told me when my pins will be released so I sent them another message and after a day and a half I got the following response:

"We're very sorry about the delay. We by no means want to upset valuable customers such as yourself. We greatly appreciate your participation in our contest. We are experiencing an extremely high volume of email inquiries. Please rest assured that we are eager to resolve this issue for you and someone will get back to you very soon about releasing the pins. We thank you very much for your patience. Have a great day."
