I'm back... it's been awhile

Hi everyone! I haven't been on the boards since the end of November. I had wrist surgery and it's healed well. Plus spent a few months in physiotherapy. My surgeon seems nice but changes his mind from one apt to the next.. I have another area of my wrist (bone involved)which is unfortunately becoming worse. 7 weeks ago he mentioned surgery but at today's appointment he didn't seem keen on it. He has the written report from my MRI that was done a year ago. Told me if it keeps bothering me he would order another MRI/Xray and give me some injections. Maybe that is the protocol they try first? I don't want surgery either but not sure what else will cure it. Physio isn't something that will cure this (therapist told me that) So for now I will wait it out and pray that it gets better. If not I'll be phoning for an appointment in so many months. I hope to be back on the boards more often. I missed everyone!

i hope everything works out for your wrist, I cannot imagine the frustration you must be feeling.
