Now why is it that I lose in the boobs first... not fair LOL. I also understand that woman who are very well endowed have some serious and often painful issues ( 2 of my friends had reductions done).

I am a good old cotton granny panties kind of gal....
maybe when I lose some of this weight I will be more adventurous lol! I am looking forward to losing in the boobs I know Coyote.... you want to hit me. but being 'blessed with abundance' is not all its cracked up to be and for me it is the first place I gain and the last place I lose. When I am at my 'best' I am a lovely 36C/D.... right now the girls are half way down the alphabet....

For anyone that has an iPad my husband download this app called myfitnesspal its free and it is one of the best trackers I have seen. I also borrowed the 100 easy swaps biggest loser book from the library ( my husband is doing a weight lose challenge through work) and one of the biggest thing that stood out to me was the way the viewed meals and calorie distribution. That every meal should be of equal value, not the thought that supper should be the biggest ie if you daily calorie count is 1800 you take 1800/4 450 for each meal and 225 for each snack.

OMG YESSSS but no remember the whole hubby is a emotional eater and I am an emotional feeder his favorite thing in the world in cinnamon toast crunch cereal. AHHHHH no! Those are wicked cool though why do all the things that taste so good have to be sooooooo bad lol
