I have had a busy but awesome day :D First went to SDM for my shop and I lucked out, 10 Advil nightime ( last time I wanted some they didn't have any) 2 covergirl lipstick for 6.99 - 2.00 coupie and extra 2000 pts, my CG mascara for 6.99-2.00 coupie, 4 colgate total 1.99 each - 1.00. $70 worth of stuff for only 38.00 OOP.....< Butt wiggle> then got to teach the teller that yes i did get my 20X points after she tried to tell me that I wouldn't get my points because I didn't spend $50

Then due to some circumstances, we had to sell DH truck and down grade a little, so because he needs a truck for work he will be taking mine. Then the search was on for something for me to drive. We went to the local car and truck auction on a date today ( yes we are very romantic, but I will take any time spent with him, even if it is an auction) We watch over 200 vehicles go through and bid on a couple trucks and such, but no luck, until....... a 2005 GMC Envoy Denali went through, and we got it at a great price. It may not be brand new, but because of the decisions we have made, my Visa is now paid off and I have a totally loaded up vehicle that is a dream to drive, for a fraction of what it is worth.

1 step back to move 5 steps forward, now my coupon savings can go to pay down the mortgage and truck, not the high interest Visa... I am so excited about this.

    Spiffy! !!

yup I met GP through SC for a meet up at LD and Peachy I met when she came to my apartment to give me a huge donation of Iams for the No-Kill animal shelter I support and then have met up with her multiple times to share coupons/make a trade

Then met WendyJane when she delivered my pkge....I actually had met her also at LD but just through chit chat while in line but I never said who I was actually a few years ago

all sc'ers I am friends with IRL (we actually meet up lol) I have met here....

I had a long day....dusted/dishes/vacuming this morning....my mom came over so I could take Jezz to the vet for a check-up...cancer has progressed ...I knew this would happen...so they increased her pain medicine but considering her diagnosis she is doing very well !!! not at a state where the vet felt she was suffering !! yay more cuddle time!!

Then brought Jezz home settled her down for a nap.....went out with my mom ...we went to Costco bought some water/tuna/crab meat for Jezz.......it was like a zoo !

I then texted " Pammie to tell her I had to go to the bathroom " OMG when I recieved an odd response...I NOTICED I texted Pammie when I MEANT to text my mom !!! sheesh I laughed when I was telling my mom about it !! FML!! I thought Pammies "?? ok" response was odd ....she must have thought my text was even more odd !!!

Hey I know we are all getting more friendly/ getting to know each other ect....I bet Pammie had no idea how close we would become

I then went out to supper with my mom...we talked ect then came home...fed/snuggled and tucked Jezz in speant an hour catching up and now I am going to bed !!

Tomorrows plan my brother is driving into Wpg to my place and then I am going to drive him to his "Chess Tournament" (he has made me nervous by not shoulder checking hence the reason I am driving downtown LOL)

So I will have a car for a few hours........I may go to Micheals....not sure....
Hey, no judgment here! I was just not sure what I was supposed to do about your going pee!

So the things Jackson learned yesterday while my sister babysat him. Unleash your inner ninja - so some hi ya! sounds and kicking punching the bad guys. He took his shirt off after dinner and told me he was like the guy and I needed to go wash the car because the girl washed the car. Umm I have no idea what my sister let him watch but am not sure I want her watching him any more!! At least he kept his pants on.
Hilarious! We're having about 15 kids at our wedding, so they're all getting an invite from Alexa...they'll say "pants optional" since most of the little ones will be 18 months or less!

Yesterday was a VERY long day in Pamland. Got up at 4 to catch our flight home. Don picked us up at Pearson and all went smoothly. We got home, at our McDonald's breaky and then I went to do a quick grocery shop (which got delayed because I adore the Loblaws beside us! ). My brother came from Cobourg for the weekend to Toronto (does this about once a month and will visit us and his friends that live here and get his drink on/spread his wild 25 year old oats). While shopping, I got an urgent msg from Don saying I had to come home - he was having acute stomach pains and Alexa was getting upset when my brother would hold her. I got home and Don was having really sharp pains that didn't feel like his crohns usually does when he has a flare up (different location and he usually has a few signs before he has a flare up). He spent a few hours in bed with stabbing pains that I will liken to contractions. My brother and I went and mall walked while Don tried to sleep (at which point I saw my reflection and realized how badly I needed sleep! ). We came home and decided Don needed to go to emerg. The concern with crohns is always about a "blockage"...When he got up to go through he was throwing up violently...super scary. My brother dropped him at the hospital on his way to downtown to meet up with his friends, and luckily Don got fast tracked. (Saying I have crohns gets you priority with his symptoms). Lots of painful and nasty tests later, theyve determined that he has an actue flare up in his small intestine. That concerns me because he has never had symptoms in his small intestine, only in his large. So, pain meds, liquid diet and back on steroids. Weird timing since he just saw his specialist this past week. He's in bed sleeping/relaxing and cuddling with our bunny today. Hopefully this will pass and calm down soon.

Thanks Pumpkin for the texts last night. Helped keep me sane

I brought Alexa up to bed around 8 and we got much needed sleep once I knew Don was being taken care of and wouldnt be needing surgery. The doctors were great and they had a specialist that he said he had confidence in.

So dinner last night was cashew chicken that I made in my slowcooker (a recipe I got off of pinterest...maybe from gp? ). My brother says it is the best chicken he's ever had...and that's saying something since all the kid eats is chicken! ). I added some bell peppers to the pot in the last hour and next time I won't add the cashews until then too. They were soft from being in there so long and I prefer them to be crunchy. All of you non-cookers out there...this was super tasty and pretty easy!

    Now for laundry/coupon/dishes overload!

PS - Childrens Place has an instore promo where you get gtg points from pampers when you buy baby stuff, plus you get 20-25% off today with the email code. Pampers promo ends Feb 11 (or while supplies last) and the discount ends today (although they always seem to have these email promo codes).

    Pammie out.

So I'm curious. How many of you also have pets that prefer this watering hole over their water dish?

That is one thing our Zoe never did, never tried - weird eh! My sis flushes hers on a regular basis so the water is 'fresh'

Going to blow the diet today with Super Bowl Goodies, here is what I want to make:
    Oven Fried Pickles - http://pinterest.com/pin/224898575113839234/
buffalo chicken balls - http://pinterest.com/pin/224898575113847131/ this guys blog looks awesome for food stuff lol
Homemade Garlic Fingers - have a pilsbury pizza crust i need to use up
mini sausage rolls left over from Xmas
Pintys' Wings - if we get to Sobeys
and whatever crap we can get our hands on. I will try to eat in moderation. I actually doubt we will watch the Super Bowl, Erica wants to watch the Puppy Bowl and we are downloading some movies.

It's snowing to beat the band here so we must go to Sobeys with all the other crazies and act like we will be snowed in for a week.

I love my brother LS2000 from Walmart it was only $88 and it doesn't look like much but it is a powerhouse comes with a DVD instruction the only issue I had was at first I had to do a few test to get my bobbin tension tight enough after that it works like a dream goes through heavy material. I should also add I have a type a personality and get frustrated easily and this machine is very simple.

I'm going keep this in mind. It's probably cheaper to buy a machine than to buy cushion covers! Lol...plus, a sewing machine can't be a BAD thing to have....one day....
