Thank you so much for everything! I love the colour of the knit dishclothes- and wouldn't you know it- my last (dollar store one) was stinkified, so it needed replacing! The tea towels are beautiful, and all the nummy chocolate and candies! YAY! And a $5 Chapmans coup! and Decaf T-Discs for me! hubby doesn't drink decaf so they are alllllll mine!

I am forgetting a few things, but will post a pic once I get the kidlets off to daycare- they are not conducive to artful arrangements of pressies for a photo shoot

    Thank you so much!!!!
If you put some baking soda in the bottom of your washing machine before you put your towels in then just wash like normal with detergent it takes the smells away.

Buddy your package has been stuck in Montreal since Friday the little blue bar is moving across but the location isn't changing. I hope it's heated wherever your package is so your goodies don't explode!

Good morning ladies, I am going into hiding today. I still haven't stopped since last Thursday and I am taking a down day, so I am going to hide out at my moms and enjoy some quiet conversation and coffee. Hope you all have a great day

My buddy's package says out for delivery even though ETA s still Friday . Very beautiful packages yesterday, love them all .

Armygirl, I am very relieved to see you and am wishing you a better day today .

Looks like I will have some company on my roadtrip. I need to settle my legal issues before I can go and am hoping that they will be in order over the next few weeks. My car is super good on gas, so mine we will take unless there are more than 4 people going. I understand the mounties don't take kindly to people strapped on the roof .

BTW I saw peelie coupons on Johnsoville rounds for $1.00. Only applicable on the rounds EXP June 30th, 2013. I was usig my $2.00 Johnsonville sausage links while they were on sale.

    so much packing to do...

But I will definitly have to wait for the Easter train since there is no way I can focus properly on a package while I am supposed to be packing and cleaning I sorted one room yesterday with my friends help, but now I have a huge pile of donate stuff, and the place I called can't pick it up until the 24th!! I don't want 15 boxes sitting around taking up space for 3 weeks... not sure what to do, I wish I could drop it off somewhere but it would be at least 3 trips, such a pain!
congrats!!! packing can be a bit of a mess but it is great to sort through all the stuff you have. get rid of some old stuff, get some new stuff! =)

Hi Girls!! We're running a quick little Facebook promo at work to raise funds for a local event called "The Mitten Ball". Keeps kids warm and helps support local homeless teens. For every new "like" our facebook page receives, we donate a dollar to the event. I'd like to see my boss donate the maximum we've budgeted, so if anyone is open to liking our page, it would be greatly appreciated!

Ok.. now onto train business.. so if all you Winnipeggers and west are thinking of a road trip, I think us Ontario girls should plan one as well! I likely have access to free hotel rooms in Toronto, so if anyone want's to plan a slumber party, I'm in! (Yes, likely not as fun as double coupon day or stacking.. but we are geographically challenged in that area!)

Great packages everyone! Can't wait for the Pantaloon train to start... I really should be planning a list....

We got home, at our McDonald's breaky and then I went to do a quick grocery shop (which got delayed because I adore the Loblaws beside us! ). My brother came from Cobourg for the weekend to Toronto (does this about once a month and will visit us and his friends that live here and get his drink on/spread his wild 25 year old oats). While shopping, I got an urgent msg from Don saying I had to come home - he was having acute stomach pains and Alexa was getting upset when my brother would hold her. I got home and Don was having really sharp pains that didn't feel like his crohns usually does when he has a flare up (different location and he usually has a few signs before he has a flare up). He spent a few hours in bed with stabbing pains that I will liken to contractions. My brother and I went and mall walked while Don tried to sleep (at which point I saw my reflection and realized how badly I needed sleep! ). We came home and decided Don needed to go to emerg. The concern with crohns is always about a "blockage"...When he got up to go through he was throwing up violently...super scary. My brother dropped him at the hospital on his way to downtown to meet up with his friends, and luckily Don got fast tracked. (Saying I have crohns gets you priority with his symptoms). Lots of painful and nasty tests later, theyve determined that he has an actue flare up in his small intestine. That concerns me because he has never had symptoms in his small intestine, only in his large. So, pain meds, liquid diet and back on steroids. Weird timing since he just saw his specialist this past week. He's in bed sleeping/relaxing and cuddling with our bunny today. Hopefully this will pass and calm down soon.

Thanks Pumpkin for the texts last night. Helped keep me sane

I brought Alexa up to bed around 8 and we got much needed sleep once I knew Don was being taken care of and wouldnt be needing surgery. The doctors were great and they had a specialist that he said he had confidence in.

So dinner last night was cashew chicken that I made in my slowcooker (a recipe I got off of pinterest...maybe from gp? ). My brother says it is the best chicken he's ever had...and that's saying something since all the kid eats is chicken! ). I added some bell peppers to the pot in the last hour and next time I won't add the cashews until then too. They were soft from being in there so long and I prefer them to be crunchy. All of you non-cookers out there...this was super tasty and pretty easy!

    Now for laundry/coupon/dishes overload!

PS - Childrens Place has an instore promo where you get gtg points from pampers when you buy baby stuff, plus you get 20-25% off today with the email code. Pampers promo ends Feb 11 (or while supplies last) and the discount ends today (although they always seem to have these email promo codes).

    Pammie out.
hope Don is feeling better! Stomach/intestinal problems suck! I have lots of food sensitives and IBS and have been having lots of unfun bloathing & pain for the last week

Umm. It was ugly. I cried. LOL So, I had ordered a custom "Cookie Monster" cupcake cake from our local grocery store. They didn't have pictures of any but said that they could do it, so I guess that's the risk I took in the first place.
