The Source - printer for $19!!!

My printer has recently not been working right, then ran out of ink. I've been wanting to get a smaller printer anyway for quite some time. I happened to go into The Source today to look at printers and couldn't believe my eyes! A small, Canon printer for only $19! Even the salesperson thought it was a mistake! lol Today was the last day of the sale. It was just what I was looking for - - a small, simple printer. The only bad part was the $12 environment fee on printers now!

I needed a colour ink on my Hp before black Friday over 40.00 $, on black friday went to WM and got a Canon printer for 28.00, sent my 6 year old Hp to recycle. Did not pay 12.00 for Enri fee, might be 5.00.

all I could think of is wow. Took me a couple of month to find a $29.99 printer from there and I thought I scored a deal. but you really got yourself an incredible deal.

Thanks for sharing. I need one too. I guess we work them as hard as we do at saving. Saving is a job and these expenses add up and I guess we have to get used to that Evironment fee. I hate that too but that still was a good price. My husband says it's still cheaper to get a laser printer instead of ink one. More page-print cheaper-He's an accountant and I follow what he says when it comes to that. He saw some printer last week at STAPLES and the salesperson said they would be on sale this week that's why I was looking for a coupon for STAPLES $$ OFF 50.00. I don't know the make right night but he said it is usualy 200.00. Thank you for taking the time to share.

The environment fees went up in January, mostly on printers. I'm thinking it's because people probably throw a lot out and just buy new ones. Mine was not working properly though, plus it was too big for my small apt. Why are the ink cartridges so expensive? They cost way more than the new printers! lol

I usually re fill my cartridges , its much cheaper . A laser printer works out to be much cheaper in the long run as oppossed to a deskjet or inkjet printer as you get more pages .

This deal looks great. Just make sure that the printer has the full cartridge and Not the demo one. Some people had the surprise of buying a new printer, printing a few pages and then having to buy new cartridges. Thank you for posting.

I would love a laser printer too, as I use one at work, but I just don't have the room here for one. I know they print thousands of pages!!!
