Save.ca Coupons No Longer Come

I have been couponing for a few years now and one of my favorite sites is Save.ca. However, for many months i have not been able to get coupons from them. Twice I tried contacting them but got no reply. My mailing info is correct and I am not trying to get coupons that are still within the time resctriction ie I can't reorder until a few weeks or whenever. I've gone through the process many many times and had no trouble. Any advice? I suppose I could try to set up a new account.

Maybe they are being sent and someone is taking them because they do say save.ca on the envelope so they know they are coupons.

Who knows. I do get coupons mailed to me via websaver, P&G brandsaver, and I also get the boxes of samples delivered from P&G and Samplesource which contain lots of goodies.

Sounds like they aren't sending the coupons if you are getting the rest of the samples and coupons.

try facebook, dont know how good is their facebook page, i had a same situvation with gocoupons once, and i tried to contact them but no use, atlast i contacted them though a number that i got (i was really missing some fpc promotion at that time), i googled and found the number and it got resolved within days, it was some problem with them,try contacting through other ways

I have the same problem aslo. For the last 6 months nothing comes from SAVE.CA. I tried getting the ones from facebook and it say I got it but I never received them. I also emailed the company and no reply. This sucks as my friend stilll gets hers.

I haven't recieved any either whats going on. I went to their facbook page and theres alot of complaints.

I wasn`t able to login for over a year. Emailed them last year but it was never resolved. When I saw there were a lot of coupons I was missing out on this year I emailed them again. They finally gave me a new password. I ordered coupons and already got them.
