The cake is beautiful. You and your sons did an incredible job! The important part isn't that you saved $200, but that this cake was made with love by family -- has so much more meaning. And congratulations to your DH too!

barbiei!
You know that you did good when you can brag before you hear it from others. And I mean that in the best possible way. That is outstanding, you and the little ones did a fantastic job, I'm ready to open the back door and take a seat and slam the door. Don't forget the camera/video this will be a moment to keep forever. Great job. You know you're gonna hae a bunch of police wives and husbands commissioning you and the little ones for cakes now. We'll keep you posted on Micheals' Wilston sales, Bult Barn deals on fondant icing.

Wow! Super job for a first time!
Also it means way more that you did it yourself instead of buying it.
Congrats to your husband

That looks absolutely amazing!! I'm so glad you took the adventure and tried it for yourself! You saved lots and I'm sure it was fun AND means THAT much more to your husband ...my hubby will be graduating from police college soon - maybe I should take the risk and try one of these out myself
