I've had him on ignore for a week or so...it's so much nicer here without the anger and confrontations, isn't it? :)

When we would visit my paternal grandparents, there was a town well - which just happened to be across the street from their house. Loved to go there, to go draw up a bucket - and have a long drink from the cool, fresh water!
The old Babas (these are from Ukraine) are still in good voice, and remember all the wonderful old folk songs - "Oh, you are the moon, I'm a bright star"

Aw, so sweet, Nat.
There's something that I felt was missing when my Mom was in the nursing home for that year and I found what it was when Jenny was a therapy dog in nursing homes, and that is the feeling of something soft and luxurious. Thank goodness my Mom had a lovely soft blanket on her bed (like a minky fabric) because I saw how the residents loved to stroke Jenny and put their faces to her fur and close their eyes exactly the way that lady is doing in that photo. It makes me so sad that more of them don't have that opportunity.....
^ What a hoot about the shipping and handling!
