$ free/low fee bank accounts + free cheques (e.g. Scotia and TD Bank)
$ free annual eye doctor check ups (Ontario)
$ free/low cost snow shovelling/lawn mowing (Region of Durham, Ontario, YMMV)
$ home renovation tax credit (Ontario)
$ no late fee/reduced late fee on monthly gas bill (Enbridge, Ontario, YMMV)
$ free/low cost income tax preparation (Ontario)
$ Value village 20% off discount on Tuesdays (YMMV)
