Hi I will keep this brief and fact based

1 I was told by my employer to call in on Fri Jan 4th to speak with the manager about my schedual
2 I called in at 16 minutes after 2pm as I know Mary is usually off the floor by then (its busy in the morning )and in the offiice she usually goes home by 3 PM
when i called in I was told by the emploee that picked up the phone that I had just missed Mary, and I asked him to give me my hours which he did .
3the hours were mon -2-9 wed 2-9 and fri 2-9
3 I showed up mon and was told that they didn't know if i was coming or not so they schedualled someone else.Mary said that I didn't call in and that she left at 3 .I told her that I had but she just wanted to argue .So I came home
$ I called Darren the owner and asked what happened because I had called in I had it on my phone as 2;16 duration of call 58 sec .He said he he had believed that I didn't call in so he had to reschedual the shift .he said there was a day that Mary had left early .

6 My point is Now don't they have to pay me for 3 Hrs of work because I SHOWED up The communication problems are all on their side .
