On the 1st page of PJC flyer, Tide is on sale at 4.99$. Use the 3$ coupon from the last P&G insert (found in the The Gazette) and it comes up to 1.99$.
Flyer's sale ends on Jan 16th.

Thanks, but isn't the $3 coupon for the purchase of Tide AND Downy ? Am I reading it wrong ?

The english P&G insert I had, was a 3$ coupon for only the Tide. It didn't mention anything to combine with Downy.
