    I tried to use a coupon for buy one get one free on a product marked 50% off and the cashier said I could not use it. I have never tried this and was wondering if they were correct. This was at extra foods. Thanks.

    if it is a 50% off sticker, it can be seen as two coupons (stacking) and not allowed. Depends on the store and cashier
