I just got a reply from the email I sent them a week ago saying:
We are sorry to learn that you were not able to use the coupon on February 9th, 2013. Consumer satisfaction is very important to us and we have sent the coupon to the following address... I'm not sure if it'll be a coupon for the chips or just Kelloggs in general, but I'm happy either way

I leaved last week I think a vocal message saying I was able to get the 2 flavors this day,and I had 5 coupons from friends and familly;never get a response or a letter...I think I will email them

I would like to know if anyone who made a complain per phone or email for not finding the 2 special flavors on the only redeem day still waiting for response or coupons per mail? I am starting to find that my request by phone(altrought I leaved a vocal message with my reason and adress) take too much time...Thanks you for the response

i called the 1-800 number and within a couple weeks I received 2 FPCs in the mail. Good luck

The RCSS near me had only Zesty Southwest, so I got 2 boxes, & I don't like 'em, tasteless, not enough flavour. I don't care for BBQ chips anyway, but it would have been good to try it though, instead of 2 Zesty Southwest. I'm glad this was free, now I know not to buy 'em.
