    I went to fresh-Co tonight to check out some of the deals and here is my small but awesome haul ( i think it is awesome

    11 carnation evaporated milk $1.25- $1 coupon = .25
    4 smuckers jam $2.97-$1= $1.97

    Total $10.74

    Best part this was the first time I have ever really used coupons with my mom and as they were ringing everything in she looked at me and said I really need to start using coupons and when we got in the car she had a list of coupons she wants

And wow what a great first coupon trip, I'm trying to remmeber my first. I can't but I know I won't forget yours and neither will the others reading your post. Too adorable. Thanks for sharing. Be proud of your little girl, shes' a SC'er. And if 1984 is your birth year and have to say I'm proud of you for couponing at your age. I can't imagine the money I would have saved.     I love that your Mom is specific about what coupons she wants now. That is very important to be selective, we don't always need every coupon out there. Nice lesson teaching her.
