Thread: Not a brag!

This really has nothing to do with coupons or any deals I found. I just think it has more to do with the encouragement given to me thanks to the people on SC.
I ordered a couple doggy shirts from a website a month ago and just got the order today. The order took forever and one of the shirts (has a iron on skull on it) was already peeling off the first day!!
I was so disappointed. I emailed the company and got a very rude response that had nothing to do with the ruined shirt. I replied back ANGRY, told them I was upset with the response, wont recommend or order from them again. The company responded with "would you like a replacement shirt or a crest to iron on the old one?". Of course I took the replacement.
The point is.. that a month ago I would of settled and didnt want to be a hassle. But thanks to this site, I'm not afraid to get my moneys worth for what I buy.
Thanks guys

This site has made me find my voice when dealing with cashiers, management, and such as well. We don't have to settle and we shouldn't.

Good for you for speaking up! Not only does it benefit you but it benefits the companies as well...how else would they know there customers were unhappy and giving bad word of mouth advertising. At least this way, they are given a chance to redeem themselves and show an unhappy consumer that they care about their product and customer service and reverse the damage of a faulty (or crappy...lol) product!

Ya, the company seemed very reluctant to send another one. But I wouldn't drop it, once I dropped the "I wont buy or reccomend you ever again" bomb that was it and I won.
