coupons bar at the top of the blog page ???

Hello, i noticed that at the top of the blog there is a huge bar (sometimes red, sometimes pink) divided in = printable coupons/grocery coupons/ etc...when i click on any of the offered options, there is a box to register, but didn't dare to.....
i was wondering , before doing any further move in it, if anyone did register, if it's all free and if it's worth it ?

same thing with the skin products offered at a 'too good to be true' cheap price ?

An ad maybe?
This is what is at the top of the blog, all the SC links are in the green bars (marked by purple) the stuff below that is ads and not controlled by SC - if its an ad, there is no way to tell if its worth it unless you give the URL

where I have the betabrand ad, that will change based on your demographics and what sites you visit etc

If one is pink, one is red they may be different sites, unless you give the link - people have no idea which one you are talking about
But if they want money, I would pass
