I (loved) GTG codes. Found that the codes needed for Gifts were unreasonable BUT better than nothing right?

Apparently not. Ordered the $10 Shoppers GC, received it today. Anytime I get a GC I call to check Balance.

I call Pampers GTG the woman says ' Sorry this isnt up to our standards ' No kidding eh? Somebody slacked off by obviously not checking a balance.
She said they would resend the card. I asked if they could add any sort of reimbursement for the hassle of ringing down phones.

We can add 50 points to your account. LOL

Just redeemed 1200. Up 50, Okay if you say so.

Do you have any coupons or booklets at the moment? No.

Not to mention she barely understood my Canadian accent. I had to repeat myself I dont know how many times.
(I don`t have an accent. LOL)

points wise I would say huggies is better with the points and gifts, but diaper wise, pamper is better in my opinion. that is why I m still with pampers right now. comfort for my babies' butt.

i got a bad bubble train from them. they gave me the points back and let me keep the train. (we threw the train out but kept the bubbles that came with it). ive always gotten great customer service from them but they never seem to give coupons.
