How on earth were some of you able to use the $10 off multibionta at Jean Coutu when they had the sale?? I tried to use my 9.99 raincheck(since I couldn't find any in stock during the sale) plus the coupon and they would not let me because of the one cent. What annoys the heck out of me is that they keep saying they don't accept the coupon but never can give me a good reason why..In life I have been taught that if you make a statement- back it up! I am not trying to score 20 boxes of free vitamins here, I want to legally use a coupon I am entitled to that I have saved for a sale. I really don't understand their (madeup?) policy.
Anyway I heard that walmart now adapted a policy that allows coupons no matter what the sale price. I don't understand why some people loathe walmart, to me they are just another corporation like zellers that offers cheap items for a cheap price :p So you know what you are getting, at least they have a brain and try to keep clients happy.

The last time I bought 1 box at my local Jean Coutu. For the 1 cent, I bought 1 envi for 13 cents and finally paid the envi without 1 cent The same day, I tried to buy another one box in another Jean Coutu. They refused me, because they don't accept a printables. They told me that the first cashier made a mistake when she accepted the coupon. The same day, my friends bought 4 boxes in one other Jean Coutu with no problem

All depend of the cashier and the store. Usually, if they see more than one printable at the same time, they run out In Quebec, they don't like the coupons a lot, almost every time is difficult for us

Jean Coutu is one of the worst offenders for accepting coupons! Last year i had about 5 Colgate $1.00 coupons. I went in to get the travel size which was 99 cents. I went up to the cash. The cashier looked and looked and finally called the manager. The manager took one coupon in the back with her and after about 5 minutes came back and said they would not accept the coupons even though the coupon said it was good on any size. And do you know the excuse she gave me? she said she used a magnifying glass to look at the picture on the coupon to see the size!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the picture on the coupon was for a bigger size. I laughed in her face, i was so totally stunned. I couldnt believe it! I said " you actually used a magnifying glass?????" Incredible!!!!!!! I took my coupons back and left the store saying i would never shop there again!
