home depot light fixture brag!!

So DH and I are doing a few small renovations around the house like painting and putting up new curtains... We are also replacing some light fixtures that just have to go.

We have been checking out about a million different Lowe's and Home Depots and Ronas all over the place to look for deals.

There are Clearance sections in all the Home Depots we have been going to. I am not sure if they are new or if they have always been there, but this is the first time we have come across them...

Anyway, on Friday we walked into Home Depot clearance section and came out with THREE light fixtures.

For the one for our powder room we got 50% off the last price which came up as $89.00. We think it was returned but it looks perfect and has all the pieces pretty much. We saw one in the regular lighting section that looked exactly the same and it was priced at $120. We got it for $44.50!!!

We bought another two that are much more simple but a great upgrade from what we had already. There were no prices on them. He said he would give them to us for $20 a piece. We were able to get them for $15 each. We paid $30 for two of them!!!

We also bought 8 windshield washer fluids for $1.47 each.

Our total bill for three light fixtures and 8 windshield washer fluids came to $97.47 with taxes.

That's amazing considering some light fixtures are double the final bill.

We are pretty happy campers!!!!

Very nice deals OP! We have found some years ago at Home Depot a light fixture for the entrance hall. It was on clearance too and we liked it then and we still like it now. Thank you for posting.
