P&G Brandsaver wording...Can I still stack?

So I was doing up my grocery list last night and getting my coupons all together and I notice on my most recent Brandsaver coupons that is states "Use of more than one manufacturer coupon per product is strictly prohibited." Has anyone else noticed this, and if so have you tried stacking with them? What was you result? I was also thinking that could a possible "loop-hole" to this be for example if you were buying two bottles of shampoo but they were different in some way, maybe the smell, so even though they are kind of the same product they do differ? Any thoughts on all of this. Would love to hear some responses before I head out shopping.

Nope, these are unstackable. They will not get reimbursed for them.

Sadly, no. And there aren't any real loopholes. London Drugs is doing it's best to work with couponers but they have to respect the new wording on the P&G coupons

If you're buying one product you may use one "strictly prohibited" coupon on that ONE item, and it CAN be used with other coupons that are DIFFERENT (different bar code). If you have two "strictly prohibited" coupons and you are using them on TWO DIFFERENT products, you can use one for each product. Does that make sense?
I work CS at London Drugs, and we had an issue with this new coupon wording today, and I checked with my manager.

I respectfully disagree.

Manufacturers use many different phrases when they are putting out these coupons it's the wording that they use that allow us to stack or not stack.

A coupon that states "Limit of one coupon per purchase" can be stacked because the phrase is considered ambiguous.
Canadian law states that any ambiguous statement must be read in favor of the consumer. So in essence the wording leaves things open to interpretation because they don't specify what coupons they are limiting, so we interpret it to mean that the coupon limits one of the exact same coupon per product.

Now when it comes to the P&G coupons.... they state "Use of more than one manufacturer coupon per product is strictly prohibited." This is considered to be very specific language. As you can see they have specified exactly what type of coupons are prohibited. Therefor unless you are using an in store coupon which does not state manufacturers coupon on it you can NOT stack with this.

I work CS at LD as well and I know for sure that there is no stacking allowed of these coupons and I really hope that all of us are respecting that.
