I want to let you guys know about an experience I had with deal find, so it won't happen to you.
A while ago I bought 3 restaurant vouchers from them. I wasn't sure if we would use 2 or 3, so I took them all to the restaurant, but because they wouldn't
use it for a child's meal, so I decided to keep 1 for later use. It was written on the coupon that the original value would never expire, so I decided to use the original amount a month after the expiration of the promotional amount. I called the restaurant, and they told me that they had CLOSED. They said that I should call for a refund as the coupon was for that specific location only. I emailed deal find and they said that I should've used it within the stated period, and they would not give me a refund. I told them about the line about the original amount not losing it's value, and they didn't care.
So you guys, be aware. This is how deal find operates, and they don't care about customer service.

I'm not sure how Dealfind can be held responsible for the restaurant at that location closing. They are simply acting as an agent for another company.

If it's a chain or franchise, then phoning head office or the corporate office for a refund or equivalent is the best chance you have of redeeming your money.

If it was an independant restaurant, then you may be out of luck should the owner decide to renage on his coupons. Going down the small claims court might be a better option.

Dealfind has screwed me over, I ordered a digital kitchen scale and it never came. Try contacting them -- it is near impossible. NEVER again will I purchase from dealfind.

I have never used dealfind, but after reading about it on here kind of happy I have not. On that note I know many people who have wonderful experiences using WagJag including myself.

I don't agree with you about them not being responsible. They clearly stated that the original value of the coupon would never expire.
I bought vouchers from them, thinking that if anything would go wrong, they would take care of it or issue a refund. I wouldn't have bought vouchers directly from a restaurant that I had never heard of.
