I am coming up on my one year anniversary. I will feel so much better when I get to that 5 year mark.
I am so glad to hear that they are approving mammograms for younger women. In my opinion, every woman, once she hits the age of 16, should be having them. I was diagnosed when I was 35 but it had probably been growing since my late teens.

As far as I know, my CO-OP, in Brandon, MB, might be the only one that does double coupon days!!
My weight loss....
I found a nutrition tracker online and starting tracking what I was eating. Holy crap. Then I started eating in the calorie range that both my doctor and the site I was using recommended. I added in walking eventually and then running, etc. Pretty easy really.
The site is www.sparkpeople.com. I use the same username on there.
