I was texting Jez... just gabbing back and forth and I fell asleep... phone in hand. Apparently it was FAR TO EARLY for me to sleep because I am wide awake now at 3:38am.

So, I put chicken and pork chops in the oven.

I have been cooking 4 meals on Sunday for the last couple of weeks. What a time saver. All you have to do on a busy weekday is "warm the main dish", make a side and/or salad and TA-DA! supper. It's working for us..

I'm waiting for K8 to get her package and then I will leave feedback for everyone. PLEASE make sure you have left feedback for your buddy and myself.

Hope all of you are having fun on the Easter train! I'm still deciding if I will ride the Mother's day train or if I will just "hang out" and stalk........

I think we can make a face to face happen someday I went totally outside the box to meet Slammy and I am so glad I did.... I am such an introvert and to do that was BIG for me.
