are there privacy settings on our profiles that keep our posts from being googled?

This is not a problem with SC per say, but everytime I click on a post or link, a survey pops up along with the page saying "You've been chosen for this smartcanucks survey...." Any ideas on how to stop this?

A few of us were thinking that it would be great if we could leave feedback through Tapatalk - is this a limitation of the app itself? Or is this something that is just not supported by SC?

It is a limitation of the tapatalk software, it only does the basic forum software and not any addons

Could you take a screenshot next time and mouseover it and choose copy url so we can see where it is going?

The page says its not affiliated with smartcanucks even though it's using SC's logo ... my computer has been having issues in general lately although my anti-virus says there's no virus. It's probably some virus on FF but I will take a screen shot to show you.

I don't usually come here in the evening, but as I was going through pages of new posts, every once in a while I got this while going to a new page - comes up in a box on a page, but when I go back a page to SC, all is fine.

not on a totally open forum like smartcanucks. some boards have members only areas which are supposed to be google-proof. and some boards are totally closed to non-members requiring a member to ask for admission to a non-member.

but AFAIK, Boo doesn't want that here

I've asked before and been told it's not happening anytime soon. FallenPixels did mention that sometimes the mods are operating invisibly, like me, ands may be on-line though not visible as such.

eta..i managed to put myself in invisible mode and haven't yet put myself back into being visible to all..

The best way to contact us is the report button, that way whoever is online can take care of it
The report button is under the person's name

After much poking around and searches, I give up...I cannot figure out or find out how to stop showing my activity on my profile page (under join date). Can someone please help
