    Mushrooms – flyer bonus Air Miles = 1 (reduced produce section)
    Mailed coupons for buying Lean Cuisine = 4 bonus Air Miles
    Mailed coupons for buying $5 in fresh fruits and veggies = 10 bonus Air Miles

    You have to shop a lot at Metro using your AM card. The coupons they give you are loosely based on your previous purchases, I'm guessing. That's what mine seem to be.

    The lamb chops are all cooked and split into smaller meals.
    The mushrooms were the brown kind - cremini/baby portabello (?) and are all sauteed and stored.
    I am hoping the Sally Ann cleared the donation bin, so someone can have the Shreddies (soon). I try to pick my favourite and hope somebody likes them too.

    Hmmm. When you get a good deal on food, somehow, the food tastes better, IMHO.
