I find that if you know the cashier really well, they will let you PM more of each item.

LD in Mission is pretty good! The CS I usually get does couponing herself... they will allow you to stack coupons, as many as you want up to the value of the item, as long as they're different UPC's and only one internet printable coupon per visit. BUT if it's one of the new p&g ones that say it's STRICTLY PROHIBITED (any other wording is fine) they can't let you stack.

I have given up on LD as I can usually do better else where the whole stacking coupons is a bit of a pain ours was only allowing 4 gillette products (so out of the 100's of gillette products you could only buy 4 not 4 of one type item..so if I bought 1 body wash 1 razor 1 pit stick and a pack of razor refills that was it) and that was because I was couponing there was a lady there who bought a cartfull of sale item papertowels no limit but because I had coupons I could only buy 4 that was last time I went there if there is a limit on items it should be for everyone regardless of how you pay. They are the ones out not me I was buying lots of other items there that I saw there because I couponed there. I bought toys for b-day parties, some of the garden decor, and home decor, and a steam cleaner that was on sale I never would have looked for it there so thats money they don't get anymore.I even had my prescriptions there and I don't do that anymore either.

I had problems stacking at Byrne Road and Burnaby. I emailed corporate about the wording.

    Hi
I was at the Byrne Rd and Marine Way location yesterday and the Customer Service Rep I took my purchases to showed me the new policy that says if the coupon states “Limit one coupon per purchase” This means that they can only accept one coupon for the item, and nothing else, even if it is a different UPC. So I sadly walked away, and didn’t purchase anything.
On the London Drugs Blog site posted in April 2011http://blog.londondrugs.com/2011/04/...don-drugs.html , the definition of One coupon per purchase from the site states “Only one coupon per purchase. This means only one of this exact type of coupons can be used. (multiple coupons can be used as long as they are all different) “
So according to the site it contradicts what the customer service rep showed me yesterday. I just wanted to confirm which is correct. If stacking has been eliminated completely then I will stack my coupons at Save on Foods from now on.
    Thank you for your help,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

No the policy hasn’t changed from what is posted, it just sounds like maybe the cashier was a little confused by the wording and there is that small variable between the difference on the ones we do accept compared to the ones we do accept.

I certainly apologize for any inconvenience and will forward your comments on to the Store Management at our Marine & Bryne location for review with their employees and should you encounter any confusion again when in the location next please ask to speak to a member of Management at the time who can help to resolve any concerns.

Yet my friend tried that location again today and got denied.

I was at the kingsway and joyce location today and was told the same thing. I even spoke with the Manager Eric and he told me the same. I also asked him if that mean there is no more stacking and he told me coupons will be stackable if the coupons do not have ANY limits on it. But ALL the coupons say Limit one coupon per Perchase. I've never encountered a coupon that I can remember that didn't have a restrictive wording on it. I just collected my coupons and left.

I was in LD last wed and didnt have a problem what so ever, again my locations were super fantastic and the district manager is aware of SC and the negative feed back that the company is getting. I have never had a negative experience with LD and stacking I find them super helpful and will go the extra mile if you are good to them and work with them. p and g really did make it complicated for some CS though the long timers work harder to make transactions smooth and happy!

I was told at the LD on kingsway that they will not allow coupon stacking if the coupon says limit one coupon per purchase... I talked to her about it and she said they got a letter from head office regarding this.. we talked for quite a while and finally she said it was the new brandsaver ones with the new wording that they could no longer accept.. she did stack the other coupons...

when encountering problems ask to speak to management... write down their name in front of them so they know it will be coming back to them... be nice... really nice but insistent and ask them to call corporate for confirmation... perhaps even take in a copy of the email confirming it to them and request that they place a call to head office that you have time to wait to sort it out.
At this point they know 2 things... 1 you know the policy and your correct... 2 you have their name and the fall out will come directly to them. It is insanly important that we be nice to the staff... we will have to come back to the store later and want good relations... explain you understand the policy can be confusing and that you would never want to do things to get them in trouble so you understand the need for them to confirm. Unless there has been serious miss use of coupons you will get it sorted. It happened here... people got on the phone to head office... it was corrected quickly.

Coquitlam London Drugs will not stack the P&G coupons that says strictly prohibited...and they will only price match one item if it is below their lowest price

Oh no! It sounds like for some of us our coupon days are over! I love coupon shopping! It's always so much fun! I'm sad that some of us have to give it up!

I think it must just be the p and g that is screwing everything or everyone up! I just got back from a really good shop (spent $29 before taxes and saved 93.79) stacked and had np but i did decided to see if I could ditch the grumpy guy at CS and asked one of the senior clerks if I could do so going into a regular line, it worked and the manager who was on duty even questions the CS on being such an icehole lol! great trip lots of good stuff to donate, go into my stock pile!

My response to the LD CS everytime I get denied, is I guess I'll just take my stack to save on foods.

I've pretty much stopped shopping at LD now that I can stack at SOF and Pricesmart. LD is becoming a lot of hassel with policy changes every week it seems and the staff are now more confused then ever. It's just not worth the hassel when I can go elsewhere with less headaches.

I agree...I didn't even use any PnG online coupons for my stacks and they still got rejected. I think all the employees including the managers are really confused about the new policy changes. I notice that everytime I try to stack now at my LD ``kingsway & Joyce`the CS are reluctant to help me. Maybe they are afraid of getting in trouble. It is a lot less headache just to go elsewhere...That`s what I did on Monday when I got rejected... and SOF took my coupons happily
