Actually not in all Ottawa, Orleans didn't work, thought Kanata also had issue before. In the past, coupon zone coupon allows to be stacked with manufacture coupon, until recently they add the wording "one per customer and not to be combined with other coupon offer". It really depends on cashier. Usually when you get good deals, then that the cashier something is wrong, then cashier start to ask CSM and manager. Usually manager and CSM want to backup cashier, then, a very careful study of the coupons starts, and very easy to spot one per customer, and not to be combined wording.

I have added a note regarding rules about cz and mfr usage together. Please keep in mind that all managers run the stores differently, some give overages and some allow you to use cz and mfr together.

Yes, I follow that woman on Facebook. She is very good and knows all the contacts in town. Very helpful resource to have when I first moved back to Ottawa and didn't know the rules.
