I can't keep quiet any more!-UH_OH A GLITCH!!!

OUr one dog is sick- vomitting and having problems releaving himself - started yesterday - now won't eat - did try but he's holding himself like he's hurting. I've tried to phone the vet's emergency phone but the MAILBOX IS FULL!!! I did get him to drink a little chamomile tea water - that helped him the last time he had a vomitting issue. I'm going to phone around and see if another vet will at least talk to us! (some won't provide emergency service for dogs that are not already clients.) We're supposed to drive to London tomorrow to meet with our friend who is going to dog-sit for us.

Finally got hold of the vet on the telephone. She said to stop feeding him for 24 hours and his tummy should settle down and then give him boiled rice for 2-3 days. She said she'd be available if our dog sitter needs to call or if our doggie should need to go to a clinic, that they will share info, since I'd contacted them about it. He's been snuggling all afternoon with a few ventures to the window to bark at squirrels - so he's better than he was. I knew you'd like to know.




On Wednesday, dh and I are flying to Los Angeles and getting on the "Golden Princess" cruise ship for a cruise to....Hawaii! I'm so excited!
Four days cruising there - four days stopping at 4 different islands and then four days back - with a 1 day stop in Mexico and then flying back home from LA.

When we get home it'll be Easter!

Peachykeen has taken over the "Happy Spring" Card Exchange that I normally do - and has done a spectacular job!

I have finished dh and my income tax.

I have handed in my Heart & Stroke kits.

I have distributed my March expiring coupons.

I have bought 2 new swimsuits.

I have paid all my bills for March.

I have made sure we have enough medication till the end of the month.

I have made our camera ready and bought another memory card.

I have bought some US Dollars.

I can't think of anything else to do.......OH YEAH - PACK!!!!

I'm hoping to conquer my ability to download pictures on here and i'll share when we get back!

Enjoy your March Breaks! I'm hoping March goes out like a LAMB and we'll be seeing spring flowers once we get back!!!

Thanks, Sunshine! We don't get the paper - but that was a reminder about the mail! Dh's sis just fell and broke her arm in 3 places and she won't be going ANYWHERE - like picking up our mail - for at least 6 weeks!
