I have enough airmiles to get $50 GC from Banana Republic or The Gap. There's no other good GC. How does the Cash Rewards work? If I put all my airmiles for Jean Coutu, does that mean I can spend $50 at PJC and get 125 airmiles back?

Is this sort of like Pharmaprix where you pay with points and get back points?

How many airmiles is $10?

I have 551 airmiles. It's 95 airmiles for $10. If I redeem 95x5(475) = $50, I should have balance of 76. I get back 25 per $10, so I should have balance of 201. I can redeem 95x2(190) and get 50AM.

After redeeming $70, I should end up with 61AM in the end. Is this correct?

There is 2 kind of airmiles rewards, CASH and DREAM. Are your miles in the dream? I am assuming since
you mentioned being able to get gift cards. In order to redeem @ Jean Coutu (or elsewhere) for 10$ with 95 airmiles
you need to be collecting in the CASH rewards.You can change your setting in the airmiles website.One thing I also
know is the you CANNOT convert CASH TO DREAM or vice versa. Does it make sense? Hope it helps

Thanks, mom3boys. Yep, cannot convert Dream rewards to Cash rewards. DD does not shop at Banana Republic or The Gap because they are horribly expensive. There's nothing else. Sucks to be me.
